Cancellation Policy

At Define Beauty, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of care and accommodate all patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a $100 cancellation fee. By scheduling an appointment with Define Beauty, you authorize us to charge the credit or debit card on file for this fee if the cancellation policy is not met.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact our office as soon as possible, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
